1- All prices on the website include 21% of T.V.A.

Deliveries and returns

1- Delivery time

    The delivery time of the orders received is between 4 and 8 working days depending on the product and stocks

    available. In case of longer deadlines or incidents beyond our control, you will always be notified via e-mail you have given us

    as contact

2- Material deliveries

    Deliveries are made with a logistics company. Any damage that is observed in the package at the time of

    Delivery (blows, open package, broken packaging, etc.) must be written on the delivery note of the carrier. In a period

    no more than 24 hours you have to send us an e-mail notifying the damage, so that we can give an order to collect the

    Defective package and send a new one.

3- Returns
